Sjællandsgården HVB is a family-oriented residential care home for young girls aged 15–21. We provide care and treatment based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and complement this with equine-assisted therapy. This means we have our own horses on the farm that are handled daily.

We offer a workplace in a wonderful rural setting, featuring a private swimming area and large pastures surrounding the house. We are looking for someone to work when regular staff are on vacation, as well as for reinforcement or cover during absences based on need.

Staff work in shifts, which involves 24-hour duty. As a temporary worker, you will initially assist with travel, leisure activities, cooking, and shopping. You should enjoy various activities and have a strong interest in working with and guiding young people. You need to be stress-tolerant, appreciate the benefits of varied work, and maintain a positive attitude. Good self-awareness is a requirement. Prior to a potential interview, we will request extracts from the criminal record and suspicion register.
